So i submitted a dispute for a transaction for £290 on my account.
But before i done that i went via paypal first but because i picked Merchandise not received then closed and changed to no not recognize because the merchandise not received wasn't the right option but now they are saying i made the original transaction, what can i do here. I am really annoyed they are saying i made it when i know i 100% didn't.

Because i picked the wrong option i supposenly made the original transaction, i am ragen with these stupid bank.

So start again......
Did you make the transaction. Or didn't you....
Is the transaction showing in your paypal account?
Given that it was through paypal. They can refuse the banks chargeback as they do not provide any goods. Only move the money from your account to the retailers.
If you did not make the transaction and it is showing in your paypal account.
Then you need to get paypal to deal with it as fraud.
They are very good at dealing with this and will refund, usually in 10 days. Only issue is you have now muddied the waters by invoking their dispute process for the wrong reason.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -

No the transaction wasn't made by me, It was originally a ebay purchase it said. And showed on my paypal account for £290.
To which soon as i seen i open a dispute I picked the wrong one for goods not received but obviously that was the wrong type for my problem. So i closed and opend an unauthorized one which was the correct one for my problem fine.
So i waited paypal got back to me and said theres not enough evidence to refund me, not forgetting the billing address for the purchase was my home. I never got any goods either.
So now because of the mistake paypal are saying its contradicting and that i acknowledge the transaction even though i dont which is boiling my blood that they are saying this. So now the bank have took £290 + £6 fee and saying its my transaction and i need to pay this back.
Now lloyds are saying I had 30 days to dispute the decision but no one offered this to me when i called and queryed they decision i only got told tonight.
I am not happy.0 -

How did the transaction debit your bank account?
Direct Debit
Or
Visa card payment ?
DD I would say get them to do a DD indemnity claim.
Visa card payment.
Tell them this is a fraudlent transaction. As such they will stop your card and return the payment to paypal. Crediting your account.
Not sure what the 30 days they are talking about are.
Visa debit has a 120 day timescale. If you have already disputed it with Lloyds and do not agree tell them this is fraud and waht it dealing with as such.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0 -

Ah that 30 days.
If it was never your transaction. It should have been delt with as fraud. But given your posts (very hard to understand) I think they have missunderstood you.
So did you not get back to Lloyds in the 30 days.
All you can do is go back. Tell them that its fraud. If they then fail to action that. Raise it as a complaint.
TBH. Sounds like you have simply not replied in the timescales they have advised.
When was the debit?Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
