Anybody looking to book a courier think twice before using the company Delivery Quote Compare Limited (deliveryquotecompare.com).

I used them to arrange the transportation of some bulky items, up on accepting the bid of a courier a date was discussed to have the goods collected. They failed to collect and communication stopped so eventually went elsewhere and emailed DQC for a refund. Despite them replying with an apology and offering a refund they failed to do so. I created a PayPal claim to get a refund but they dispicably defended on the grounds the payment was for a service. Since PayPal buyer protection doesn't extend to service based products they won.

So think twice before using them anybody because if their service fails you may well not get your money back!!!

As a company we guarantee all deposit payments in the event that a transport company fails to fulfill a job as agreed. If you have contacted us and we have promised a refund then I can only assume that this has been an oversight.
