Forgot to add I collected my car from the garage and it only cost me £20. Hopefully the problem is sorted now.
I also ordered shopping from asda yesterday £31.64. £8.00 of this was a nivea pure and natural mositurisers which was £3.00 its usually much more expensive and i have just finished my last pot and i really love this moisturiser. There was 3 for £3 which I bought a tube of savlon, St Ives apricot scrub as I have very dry skin just now and a small tub of nivea soft. Going to compare this to the pure and natural and I might switch if I like it as its much cheaper. I also bought a cheese grater for £2.00.
I'm going to spend the rest of the afternoon batch cooking. I'm hoping I can make enough to last 2weeks.
I also bought my pooch a 15kg bag of dog food. I bought it from amazon for £23.48. I think this should last just over 2months and I shall then order it again but on recurring as its slightly cheaper.
I've listed a few dresses on ebay, going to list a few more before I make mess of the kitchen :rotfl:February - TLW #16 2/16

Just returned from a 2hour walk with the BF and pooch. We walked just under 6miles. I had forgotten to change the dogs collar as its is one of those light up ones and she was swimming about in the burn and now I think it's broken  hopefully when it drys out it might work again.
Today is looking like my second NSD of the month. Yesterday I spent £6.00 on my half of the Indian which was lovely. We halved a meal for 1 and it was perfect amount for both of us.
Tomorrow I'm working I'm going to try and park somewhere else for free if there is a space if not I'll be spending £2.90 on my parking which is already budgeted for the month.
My items on eb*y now have lots of watchers an 2 items have bids on them already so that's 2 definite sales :T still 6 days to go though. As its not as dark today I'm going to take some more photos of items to be listed next weekend.
Going to spend my afternoon watching movies on Netflix and later on i'll hopefully watch Ripper street if its on the iplayer early enough. Really enjoying that series.February - TLW #16 2/16

Today I spent £1.65 on a bag of chips for my tea. It has started snowing again and I couldn't face cooking so bought some after work.
I also have a few more hours next week and will finally be back to normal hours next month although I was told I will be working 4days for 2 weeks then 3 days for 2 weeks which I had completely forgotten were the ours I was originally meant to be working so I'm really not sure if ill be entitled to WTC as I'm only in 30hrs for 2 weeks of the month.
My eb*y items are doing well, one dress is already on £22:T didn't quite expect that and everything has a bid so will sell. Think ill keep some of the sale money for €s for trip in march and the rest for debt.
I also had my cavity wall insulated today. My neighbour was in and has just filled me in on what went on. Lets hope I notice a difference.February - TLW #16 2/16

Had more bids this evening. Woo I've made £50 so far still 5 days to go. I'm hoping for a bit of a bidding war on a couple of the items. I was about to list a few more bits and pieces then noticed I'd nearly reached my limit. When did eb*y start doing this? I've requested they increase my limit and will have to wait a few days for the code to sent out. I don't want be posting lots of things but was planning on listing about 5 items a week so I don't get overwhelmed with postage etc.
Also meant to say today at work everyone came in and gave me a birthday card for last week along with a £25 voucher for our shopping centre. Which was lovely not sure what I will treat myself to yet. I'm never really in the shopping centre even though I work right beside it. I'm sure i'll find something or maybe I'll save it for buying gifts

Woo made £79.29 on eb*y! :j:j That will be coming straight off my council tax debt once everyone as paid. I'll be listing more items tomorrow as I have a massive pile of clothes to sell.
I also received a £72 refund from British gas. This went straight to my debt. So close to paying off the council tax then I can concentrate on my family loan which was for my car. Can't believe how much I've managed to pay off since the start of the year. I'm no longer feeling stressed about my money and I feel quite proud I've been able to pay so much.
BF usually comes over but is going out with his friends tonight so I'm going to watch some trashy movies and maybe drink the wine my boss gave me for Christmas.February - TLW #16 2/16

Long time no post. Last month i cleared off my Council tax debt Woohoo :j:j so this month I’ve had a rest from debt busting as my wages was so shocking and my BF took me to Ireland so any spare money went to that. I had a great time but came back with the flu

I can’t wait to be paid come the end of the month it will be my first proper wage since October and I have so many things I need to sort out. Firstly is finding a plumber as I have a water hammer I think this will be relatively simple to fix but the tap for turn the water off is in an awkward place and seems to have seized I can’t do it myself
I have my car insurance due in April and would like to pay this is full but we will see depending on the quotes I get. I’ve set up for the first time a direct debit for my council tax and I’ve asked for this to be paid over 12months rather than 10. I also phoned the HMRC today about tax relief as I have to wash my own uniforms so I’m entitled to £100 off my tax a year. Better than nothing.
I plan on doing another SOA at some point and I’m going to keep a proper spending diary. I’ve been a bit lax and start with good intentions but never keep it up longer than a week or two. I’m off to get my flat in order and tackle the massive mountain of letters I have taken to leaving beside the sofa.February - TLW #16 2/16

Just renewed my car insurance. I have been with CH for a year and I received my renewal from them 2weeks ago wanting £460.04 for the year!!! This was more than I was paying them for the current year. Had a search online and found a much cheaper qoute for £318 . I then phoned to cancel my renwal and they offered to see what they could do. They then quoted me £286.20 :T:T I really don't know how they managed to knock off £173.84. Anyway I've paid this out right this evening. Will look forward to not having that extra DD coming out of my account.February - TLW #16 2/16
