i work in a whs shop. Its not company policy for stores to ring when items arrive, they use us just as a parcel drop off point.

In my store we do ring as its a small store but the bigger the store the less likely the are to call so if your expecting something give the store a ring to check.

We get a delivery once a week of customer orders so dont rely on it.

I wouldnt recommend whs for online purchases unless you opt for home delivery

I could order something in store which is out of print and it would say this incase on the off chance its being reprinted

Amazon sell for £5.99 or buy a diff brand for less than £4.
