bad service at gulivers kingdom

i dont know if im putting this in the right place but i wonder if anyone can help me .
i recently went to gulivers kingdom in matlock bath and had a really bad experience in there resturant . i complained while i was there and had no joy they told me to put it in writing and send it to gulivers kingdom which i did i wrote to because it has now been over a month and i have had no reply .
the problem i have is that i now have no way of speaking to anyone i cant find any other way of contact found a phone number but its automated you cant talk to know body its just about the times and dates they are open
please can someone help me i need another method of contact they dont answer my letters .

hiya thank you to the both of you if i get no joy out of this phone number then i think that the next step is trading standards .
i phoned them this morning on the number you gave and it was a member of staff who had only just started the job so she has took my details and what the problem is and gone to give it to her supervisor she said that they will ring me back so im now playing the waiting game . will let you know what happens .
