Some fusion style recipes

I came up with these recipes by trial and error. Feel free to improve :D

Celeraic and smoked mackerel miso soup

Ingredients:
Celeraic ... 250 g
Smoked mackerel ... 1 fillet
Miso soup paste ... 2 tsp
Fresh coriander ... 10 g
Sweetcorn ... 50 g (defrosted)
Instant sea weed ... 1 tbsp

Method:
1. Dice the celeraic into 2 cm cubes 2. Soak the sea weed in cold water
3. Cut the smoked mackerel into large chunks
4. Boil 400 ml of water.
5. Add the celeraic and sweetcorn. Boil for 20 min. under a low fire.
6. Add instant sea weed, miso soup paste, coriander and mackerel. Boil for further 5 min.
7. Season with additional pepper.

Notes:
One can use the soup to cook noddles.

    Cucumber warm salad

    Ingredients:
    Carrots ... 2 medium
    Cucumber ... half
    Ginger ... 1 slice
    Garlic ... 2 cloves
    Chinese rice vinegar ... 1.5 tbsp
    Dried chili flake, crushed ... 1 tsp
    Tamari soy sauce ... 2 tsp
    Sugar ... 1/4 tsp
    Toasted sesame oil
    Sherry

    Method:
    1. Cut the carrots into thin strips. 2.Mix carrots with vinegar.
    3. Now chop the garlic and cut the cucumber into thin strips.
    4.After cutting the cucumber, heat 1 tsp cooking oil in a saucepan in maximum power, then add garlic, ginger and chili.
    5.When the garlic starts to brown, add the carrots with the vinegar, and a little sugar. Cook for 1 min.
    6. Add the cucumber, then a dash of Sherry and soy sauce. Stir for another 30 sec.
    7. Turn off the fire. Add sesame oil and mix well.

    Cauliflower with turmeric sauce

    Ingredients:

    Jambon Serreno (Spanish ham) ... 75 g , chopped
    Cauliflower ... 300 g
    Onion ...1 small
    Mashed Potato ... 350 g
    Turmeric powder ... 2 tsp
    Chinese oyster sauce ... 2 tsp
    Coconut milk ... 75 ml
    Ginger ... 1 slice
    Garlic ... 2 cloves
    Soy sauce

    Method:
    1. Chop the garlic and ginger. 2. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Brown the garlic and onion.
    3. Add cauliflower. Turn to medium fire and cook for 5 min.
    4. Add turmeric powder, oyster sauce and soy sauce.
    Continue to Cook until the cauliflower is semi-transparent and a little soft.
    5. Add coconut milk. Then quick add mashed potato. Mix well until the coconut milk is absorbed.
    6. Turn off the fire. Add Jambon Serreno and mix.

    More crazy recipes :p

    Prawn and avocado warm salad Ingredients:

    Cooked and peeled prawn ... 200 g defrosted
    Soft avocado ... half
    Carrot ... 1 medium
    Celery ... 2 sticks
    Cream cheese ... 25 g
    Chinese rice vinegar ... 2 tsp
    Garlic ... 1 clove, chopped
    Soy sauce
    Sherry
    Sesame oil

    Method:
    1. Season the prawn with salt and pepper 2. Slice the carrots and celery
    3. Fry the carrots and celery under low fire until half cooked. Season with soy sauce and a little sugar
    4. Chop the avocado.
    5. In a large bowl, mix avocado, celery and carrots, vinegar and cream cheese
    6. Brown the garlic under highest fire
    7. Quickly add prawn. Stir fry for 10 sec. Add a splash of sherry, then the vegetable mix.
    Stir fry for another 20 sec and mix the ingredients well.
    8. Turn off the fire and add sesame oil. Stir until everything is well mixed.

    Swede salad
    Ingredients:

    Swede ... 250 g
    Mayonnaise ... 1 tbsp
    Grounded black pepper

    Method:
    1. Cut the swede into thin slices (2 mm thick) 2. Heat a saucepan under low fire. Add the swede. When the swede starts to brown, add 2 tbsp of water and cover the lid.
    3. Cook for 5 min. If the water dries up, add table-spoonfuls of water.
    4. Season with black pepper and mayonnaise.
