Of course you can't! You clearly didn't read the terms and conditions of the end of the world. It's happening sometime on 21 Dec but the Mayans are based in Central America, which is about 6 hours behind us, so it could happen at any time up to 6am tomorrow.

So it's entirely your fault for not reading the T&Cs and you have no chance whatsoever of a refund.
