Argos and refund on a Compliments card

loosing the plot 3 calls and an email later they still have not managed to refund my money. arrrrghhhhhh! I double checked it was not a problem to refund to a compliments card and they said not. so i get my partial on my debit card back,my gift vouchers back but nooooooooooooo zero zipo nadda on my compliments card. I want my £58 quid back.
