Should I report BoS to the Information Commissioner?

On 1st March I sent off my first letter with a cheque for £10.
That cheque has been cashed but so far I have had no response from the Bank of Scotland.
I send an email to $CustomerRelations@HBOSplc.com on 20/04 threatening to report then to the Information Commissioner if they didn't respont within 48 hours.
I have received nothing back.
Is it worth my while following through with this threat?

You may do better to put your threat in writing to them and hand it in at the local branch to ensure its receipt and that it is dealt with quickly. Follow through with your threat, the more complaints the ICO receive the better.

OK, I have today received just over 3 years of bank statements from them.
Total charges come to around £400.
Should I proceed with this claim while pushing them for earlier statements or wait 'til I get them all and then claim for everything at once?0 -
