All Saints sent faulty item and are dragging my refund

OP you have no control of whetever a retailer thinks of you. You had the right to return the products, they were obliged to refund. If they fail to refund, issue an LBA followed by action in the county court.

Oh I was not being rude to anyone willing to HELP right? He wasn't helping...noone was and when I was trying to bump up the post by adding that perhaps people didn't have much to add in this situtation, he replied with 'oh'. Go spend your precious time with more 'grateful' people then, pfft!

Thanks very much, I think they will not allow that to happen hence they said they processed the refund a couple of days ago. I just wanted to share my story with the others to see if anyone found themselves in similar situations and learn how to avoid this in the future. Thing is I don't think one can forsee this and when it happens you just have to deal with them by being persistent and making your point the best way you can...
