Saw this advertised on t.v last night and was really pleased as I was buying a playbook for my little one's xmas so a 'free' case was a bonus!
I reserved one online and a half price screen protector and went to collect it today. I was in a rush to get back home before little one got home from school and the littlest one was screaming for a feed so I paid the £148.98 and left.
I was half way home when I realised that I seemed to have paid more than I thought so when I got in, I checked my receipt and the cheeky beggers have charged me £14.99 for the 'free' case!
Has this happened to anyone else as I presume the offer has just went on? I even went back on the website to double check that I hadn't dreamt it up!

Maybe you have the wrong case or its a simple mistake, get back in touch with them and see what they say...
  • bingo Visidigi is right, with christmas and all the offers on, it may simply be a case(hohoho) that the customer advisor didn't know or a warehouse staff member or any one of a billion reasons why.

The till systems don't automatically say "This is part of a deal, charge the lowest price" No, they have scan the Playbook and then go customer offers and hope it's not like a USB cable that has 30 offers and crashes the till system because it's thrown a wobbly.

TL;DR either give them a phone or pop into your closest store to sort it.

It says the case which is free is worth £29.99. Have you been given a different case as you say the overcharge is £14.99 ? It's the leather one which is free, which one have you got ?

Screen protector was £4.99 and yes it's the leather journal case that they gave me.

Lol at the USB cable reference. Remember the PC Line one that had to have its own package deal SKU because it took out the system when you scanned it. The good old days...
