I've had three silent calls today from Scottish Power. They aren't allowed to do more than one a day apparently. It's extraordinarily annoying and if they think it's a good way of getting me back as a customer they are sadly mistaken. I am going to report them.

Edit: reported.

Thank you. I have emailed you but really this is not enough. By keep on and on with the silent calls they are going against the regulations. They need to be more aware of the damage they are doing to your business. If you google the phone number they are using, you can see how many people this !!!!es off.

    Definitely report to Ofcom.

Truly silent calls - where the caller does not even play a pre-recorded message, are not allowed at all.

If there was a message, it's called an abandoned call.

Who did you report the matter to?
    This is the correct place:

That's the place google took me to.

They do silent calls but if you call back the number there is a recorded message telling you that they are required to tell you who they are.. etc. But they are not supposed to do so many in one day.

I received 3 silent calls from Scottish Power today. Not a good start as my fuel transfer was due to be completed today but this has not been confirmed!

Only two calls today from Scottish Power. Also one from Health Club in Brighton. Very strange none for years and just started when joining Scottish Power!:mad::mad:
