Will be interesting if it's a repairer owned by the Insurer.0 -
call the insurers and inform them they have been done for invoived parts not replaced. they will send an assessor around to check the invoice against the repair to confirm what you say, if this is then proven they will contact their fraud team and take it further.0

be careful.
If it's a nonfault claim and you went to a approve garage of your insurer., it could bite you hard if you go to the third party and tell them that an approved garage of your insurance company has scammed them.
Legally, you are perfectly right in doing so. But if its a non-fault claim why complicate these things? You could drag this out and leave the case pending which means whe it comes to renewal any pending cases are assumed "at fault". So switch insurance providers on renewal is very difficult when you have a pending case.0 -

it wouldnt leave the case pending and drag it out. the insurers would treat it as saparate case. i doubt the OP would even know what would be going on behind the scenes or the outcome of the fraud case against the repairer and insurers. its a seaprate issue that wouldnt affect the OP the trouble the OP would have to go through is sending the evidence off to the insurer to investagte, and possibly show a fraud investigator alongside an assessor to confirm the parts were not replaced at the OP's home, photo's will be taken of OP's car, and that will be that.0
