My car, a y reg nissan almera, was broken into last weekend and I'm sure it will come to the insurance company offering a settlement though they haven't yet as the garage told me it'll be over and grand to fix the windows and door lock. The thing is it had the car fully serviced last week, and 2 new tires put in too, and a month ago it had a new battery, will they consider this when valueing the car? Also it on has 69000 which is very little for a car this age.

Those recent items won't usually be added on to its market value, though the mileage is taken into account.0

Not really. They expect a car to be in a roadworthy condition. So tyres and batteries are general running costs.
They wont say we are offering you less because your battery is 2 years old. Or you only have 1/4 of a tank of fuel etc.
If you want to keep the car then try to arrange for them to pay you the value minus the salvage and repair it yourself.
