How do you get rid of shops from a search

I don't have any trouble excluding normal sellers from a search, but occasionally there is a search were some chancer (with a shop) has listed a whole load of items at grossly inflated prices that really clog up the listing - sometimes meaning it takes up extra pages.
For some reason doing an exclude on these sellers does not work.
Does anyone know how to exclude this type of seller?

In advanced search, you can choose Private or Business Sellers.

Yes, but I don't want to get rid of all the shops - just the one that is selling the same items as everyone else but at twice the price.
I'd love to know if that strategy works. Buy things from other ebay sellers and then just list them yourself for a lot more.0
