Navman F20 PC Connectivity

Hi All

I have a Navman N40i Satnav and me old dad has a Navman F20.

I have no problems using the connectivity set I got with the N40i, but...

my question is - can I use the same connectivity kit and software with the F20 and if so, how. I plugged the F20 into the PC last night using the N40i's lead but the PC would not recognise the F20. Any suggestions

The Software I have with my Navman F20 says on it F Series so I think you might need a different disc. The leads would be ok and you could if you were dishonest buy a cheap disc from ebay!

I agree..the connection kit would work BUT you will need F series software to upload POI's etc as the software you have is incompatible
