Hello – I am a bit confused. If I take out PPI mortgage insurance and loose my job, will I still be able to claim JSA ? or will the say anything about the PPI payment ?

Yes...the payment made to you is for paying your contracted debt repayments. You can still claim JSA. If you had income protection insurance then the payment would be taken into account when paying you income based JSA but you could still claim contributions based JSA for 6 months.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
