    I agree, why should you be out of pocket!

    I think the guideline about having to accept their offer without the interest is for when you receive offer before having to go to MCOL.

    If it were me, i would carry on!

    I will indeed carry on.

    The only problem I have is should I write to them again or not as when i got the good will offer I was given 14 days to respond but as I was away I responded by writing on 12th day saying as unsatisfactory response was received I will continue with MCOL claim but if they want to settle without prejudice I am willing to accept offer of my claim + court fees ( I dropped interest charge ) without prejudice. But on the same day as i fired off the letter via recorded delivery the original ammount ( not even half) was put into my account by halifax.

    Do I need to write to them again or let it be and wait for their time to expire ??? ( they have 28 days) as per MCOL online.

    an further advice much appreciated.
