Thanks
I will indeed carry on.
The only problem I have is should I write to them again or not as when i got the good will offer I was given 14 days to respond but as I was away I responded by writing on 12th day saying as unsatisfactory response was received I will continue with MCOL claim but if they want to settle without prejudice I am willing to accept offer of my claim + court fees ( I dropped interest charge ) without prejudice. But on the same day as i fired off the letter via recorded delivery the original ammount ( not even half) was put into my account by halifax.
Do I need to write to them again or let it be and wait for their time to expire ??? ( they have 28 days) as per MCOL online.
an further advice much appreciated.
