Hi
I am claiming from Abbey and they failed to acknowledge on MCOL by the date given and so I applied for and was awarded judgement. I have contacted the Abbey but have been told that I should have some documentation that proves that Judgement has been issued. All I have is a letter that says Notice of Judgement entered. That tells me that the judgement has been sent to Abbey. Does anybody know any more about the process from this point. I phoned the court and basically they have said Abbey should pay.

Since you already have written notification of judgement entered and sent to Abbey then you have some proof. I would take it to your local branch and demand to see the manager and put the matter in his hands to rectify. Let it be their problem from this point on
