What payment methods do you accept?
If it is paypal only then send a reminder invoice and/or a note saying you are sending a duplicate as payment does not appear to have been received. If you accept cheques as well then leave it another day or so and then send a reminder, cheque payers are often slow as they have to find their chequ ebook, remember to post the envelope and usually use a 2nd class stamp.
I woul dnormally expect paypal payers to pay within 7 days, but expect cheques within about 0 days or so. After 7 days you can start the NPB dispute if you have had no contact at all from buyer, I tend to wait until about day 8 or so and then start the nPB.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. In that case remind them politely today and then consider starting the NPB on day 8.
