I wondered if it was possible to pay someone elses credit card through my bank?...it is my mothers card.

Yes, all you need is the card provider's reference number, sort code and your mother's account number.0

Yes, you just need to set up the credit card company as a payee either as a one off payment or for regular monthly payments (direct debit).0
