    Totally disagree, why should I just have the random luck in choosing an employee. I should be allowed to weed out as best as possible those that will cause problems to the company I work for.

    In your method you may as well just pick a CV out of a hat and start them working!

    Why would a new recruit cause problems to any employer? Ah yes - could be lots of reasons, couldn't there? Best to recruit the ones most likely to turn a blind eye to those reasons, eh?

    Stands to reason particularly in this climate of anything goes that there are plenty of employers out there, but very few good ones, and plenty of able potential recruits, and very few bad ones.

    Allowing people like you to "weed out" based on tittle-tattle? Now that's ridiculous.
