I am a brith national.
Today I got in post what they based the decision on.
"Left England for a holiday or to move to another country"
Going to court (particularly when your family is at stake) is surely the ideal way to relax on holiday (not).
I do hope that you claim gets re-processed very quickly. And more importantly (in the longer term) I hope that the court provided a reasonable result.0 -
Thank your for you best wishes. I do all this for my sons human rights to know and bond with his father.
I will be writing my appeal against JSA and send it off Monday.
Thanks again for everyone's time.0 -
The court case has been going on in England and now also Germany for over a year. There have been return orders made that are being ignored by the mother. Long long story. Case could go on for years. In Germany the mothers wishes are seen as final. Even when she broke the law by taken child out of England. I to hope everything will turn out well. Thank you.0
