Which Court to apply to ???

Hi
I have sent the letters to my bank (Natwest Business Direct) which is an online service & the account address is a PO box in Essex, & have recieved absolutely no reply or aknowledgement whatsoever. I now want to proceed with an application to the courts but as I live in Edinburgh & the Banks address is in Essex, WHICH COURT DO I USE ?? the banks local court or my own local court in Edinburgh. I want to get this right as I am sure that the NATWEST will continue to ignore me until pushed.
Many thanks
Mark

If you file by moneyclaim online it will have Northampton Court as default court which will pass to your local court if you get to the court date stage. Don't know whether there is a difference for Scotland though.
