Pet log change ownership

Just adopted 2 cats and now faced with £15 each to change ownership details for their microchips! 
Slightly cheeky, but it's only £10 to upgrade to Premium so I'm wondering if I can do this first and then change the ownership for free? (or change it enough so that it's our address/phone that's contacted if they get lost...I don't really care if it's a weird work-around!)

Why not ask Petlog? Or the rescue you adopted from, they may know the best way to go about it.0

When I got Kia she was reg with petlog, they wanted £15 from me, spoke to the rescue who phoned them and they changed it for nothing.0

I think it is so out of order that the price to change the ID on the chip is higher than putting in the microchip in the first place0
