Dealing with this company has been a breath of fresh air lately. We bought DS an electric guitar + amp from them in March this year. He played it on & off for a few months (preferring his acoustic guitare for the time being) then picked it up again a couple of weeks ago. Having sat in the corner of his room gathering dust for so long of course the amp didn't work. Checked all the usuals but couldn't fugure it out.

We contacted Gear4 and they sent someone out to collect it - free of charge - the next day saying it would take up to 28 days to sort out but they would contact us first if there was any charge. Yesterday a brand new amp was delivered - again free of charge.

This stands out for me as lately it seems such a struggle to get any kind of service out of any organisation, with some its like pulling teeth just to have a reasonable conversation.

Thanks Gear4 you made my day - can't praise you enough.:D

Have used them before and also have nothing but praise for them, seem to go well out of the way to help. Glad your amp problem got sorted.
