    Here is the latest chart I think we have done really really well. Thanks for all the updates we are now 2/3 of the way there.

    Who are the ones who have paid off their mortgage - do they get a special colour?

    just found them - no's 14, 47, 50, 55 and 77.
    Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
    Balance 19th April '07 = minus £27,640
    Balance 1st November '09 = mortgage paid off with £1903 left over. Title deeds are now ours.

    Yes they should have a special colour just thought I would show everyone who is above their traget on this one. They do get the £0 in bold.

    It is a shame the last few did not update, I have done all that PM'ed me but if you missed out or only posted in the text please PM me again. Anyone wanting a copy of the chart you can PM me your email address.

    Thanks for the list Tallgirl - its great to see so many people doing so well!!!

    Ive not been posting much (bit worried about someone knowing my user name, so thinking of changing it!) but i have been reading, and obviously continuing with my own quest - and in these challenging times it really is wonderful to know that im doing the right thing - as others have said so many people are struggling, and because of the overpayments, im not in that position myself, which i could have been if i hadnt started with the overpayments!!!

    So a HUGE WELL DONE to everyone!!!!
