Hi im new to this thread however it sounds wicked, ive only just taken out my mortgage for 70k, i can pay 10% each calendar year so ive payed 3k a few weeks ago and intend to pay the other 4 next week Loydstsb have also told me i can double upon payments without inoccuring a charge so by the end of year it should be down to about 60k, YIPEEEE0

We got our mortgage statement in the other day, with the outstandign term of 14 years and 10 months. :rotfl:

Hi all.
Just to let you all know my news.
I gave birth to a gorgeous little girl - 'evie rose' on friday 13th ( lucky for me!).
She was a month early but we have just come home and she's doing well.
