Sold a mobile phone - need some help

First, the phone sold to someone who asked me to post to West Africa. Alarm bells rang buy ebay had already spotted it, remove the listing and notified me of refunding me fees.
I then re-listed as BIN and now it has sold to someone in the UK, but with 0 feedback (registered since Feb). What can I do to best protect myself? Why oh why didn't I specify a feedback rating for bidders!
Thanks guys

if the buyer has paid you and confirmed their address you will just have to send it! simple! send it recorded delivery tho, for extra protection. remember, everyone has to start somewhere, so 0 feedback aint such a bad thingA good friend can tell you what is the matter with you in a minute ...:A0

Because you can't stop 0 rated bidders from bidding unless they have a credit card on file.
This is still not flawless as a CC can be stolen (or of course an account can be hijacked).
As I said in another thread:
Validate their address wherever possible - are they verified? You can use 1192.com or BT.com to check some details.
Also, you may wish to ask for a bank transfer rather than PP (It's unlikely they'll comply as most 0 rated winners of phones are probably scammers
) It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.
Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.0
