Flat roof

Options
I have a flat roof on my property which is now about 16 years old. It started to leak a bit last year and we did some repairs but it seems that it has now come to the end of its life as i have just walked into my son's bedroom today (he's away at uni) to discover a very damp carpet!
Obviously I am going to get a couple of people in asap to give me quotes to renew the roof but I wondered if someone could give me a ball park figure for flat roofing - the area is about 25ft in length by about 12ft wide (it goes across 2 double bedrooms). I've found the invoice from when i had it done 16 years ago and it cost £600 but i'm guessing i probably need to multiply that by 4 or 5 now?
thanks in advance for any advice

Several ways to tackle the job, the quotes will depend on how much superficial damage has been caused by the water comming in.

Some go for the fibreglass option as its lower maintnenance, though i'm led to believe that a well laid felt option can have a more cost effective lifespan.
