hi there

the property i am moving to has an N power pre payment meter i want to move to ebico pre payment meter , will ebico come and install a new one , and N power take theres out? how long should it take to switch, thanks

    It will usually take 4-8 weeks to switch. You should keep the existing meter.

    They'll simply send you a new card that will reprogram the meter.

    Generally speaking yes, unless it's a token meter, in which case it has to be reset manually.
