My situation with student finance is this: i applied for my student finance as i am in my third year. The requested the childcare confirmation of costs (ccg2) and confirmation of my partners financial commitments as we get adult dependent grant.I have sent these,by recorded delivery, on three separate occasions as they kept loosing them.I have called them again today to see if they have received these and again the lady suggested i resend them in again for the fourth time because they haven't received the three previous ones i sent, because according to the royal mail website they have received ,they just keep loosing the ccg2 forms.
Is there an email address i can write to and complain about this?
Thanks
