Mine's showing as despatched now. I'm out in the morning so doubt I'll get to see it before Christmas. Very poor customer service from Morrisons.

Did anyone complaining about the delivery service order next day delivery? If not, I'm confused why people are grumbling they haven't received their orders when standard delivery says 3-5 days?

Mine was next day and im still waiting .. I ordered on Thursday. There was an offer on ... Order before 7pm and free next day delivery with a code. It seems that it was the PayPal needing authorising that has been holding orders up. Poor communication from morrisons hasn't helped. Apparently mine is now "shipped " but not holding my breath!

Mine was next day delivery and was ordered Friday. That's why I'm 'grumbling'.

Mine was next day, I ordered Friday & paid by PayPal.

I've rung CS yesterday & today, yesterday I was told it would be picked that night & today I was told there were problems with the PayPal orders. I really moaned & she said she would try to get my order out but she couldn't promise anything.

My order now showing as shipped but Im not expecting it before Xmas. To be honest I'm really disappointed in morries .

I think their customer service peeps are making it up as they go along to be honest.
