I ordered yesterday and paid by paypal, having read that people were having problems with their payment going through I thought that I had better check why mine hadn't been delivered. The CS assured me that the payment was fine but it was for next working day delivery so it would be Monday before it was delivered.

i ordered 3 days ago, on the 20th, by paypal, and its still not arrived!
I phoned them this evening and he said it will be sent in 3-5 working days ie will probably arrive between christmas and the new year!

Dunno about the Paypal theory, I paid by Paypal on Thursday evening and they arrived by 11am Saturday. Not that Yodel even knocked on the door but there you go! At least they left it round the side so I didn't have to re-book delivery, Yodel are easily the worst delivery service we have at the moment.

Damn!!!! I paid by PayPal too :-(

I ordered from my iPhone in bed & it saved me getting up to find my debit card - that will be why I haven't had any despatch emails.

I wouldn't get another one in time now if I tried to order another :-(

Paypal is the main problem, according to CS. I ordered on Thursday night - next day delivery but it does exclude paypal (apparently) as the accounts department have to approve each order manually at the moment. They told me paypal has only just gone on line. Pity this wasn't mentioned in the phone call ten mins. prior to me ordering. Poor customer service over the phone. Order will be here on the 27th.Fingers crossed.

I cant even get through to customer services now. Got through the first time, was put on hold for 8 mins then cut off, now I just get the carpy music for a few mins then get cut off!!

So if you ordered Thursday night & your delivery is the 27th then I will be lucky if mine is here this year as I only ordered on Saturday morning :-(

I'm disappointed with their poor communiction- both on line order "updates' and CS ...trying to see it as an added bonus for New Year instead.:o

Well if this is the way morrisons are heading with their new home delivery scheme, I cant see it lasting very long.
