Parcelforce Guarantee is a joke

Parcelforce has just made my day and make me laugh so hard :rotfl: that I could forgive them rejecting my claim for delay in delivering an item that I sent using Parcelforce Express 48.

What do think about Parcelforce’s reply to my claim and specifically the list of circumstances that lead to a ‘Suspension of Guarantee’ for the service. Do you think anyone will ever get penny compensation under the Parcelforce Guarantee?

Notice how Parcelforce reply did not mention the reason that led to the ‘Suspension of Guarantee’ in my case.

I would demand they give me the reason for delay and suspension of guarantee, rather than a list of reasons. It seems they have forgotten to mention which of the above applies to you. Certainly appeal their decision on the grounds you just dont know which one is applicable to you and be sure to avoid using their speedy service in future.

I have lived in Scotland for most of the last 20 years and still wouldn't consider myself a Jock .
