Sweatguard Scam

I ordered some product from https://www.sweatguard.co.uk. Paid by visa but after 2 months the item has not arrived. Emailed company sevaral times and they claim they sent the item but cannot provide any proof of posting or remedy. So I'm left out of pocket.
I did leave one character out of the delivery address postcode by mistake and the company are saying that is the problem, however the postcode led to nowhere so presumably the Post Office would either return to company or forward using rest of address which was correct.
Just want to warn others. There are other companies doing similar products who might be a better option.
