Login to paypal through a bookmarked link or search engine, if your account has been limited it will tell you there.
Other thing to do is to hover (but don't click) over the link in the email. Should show you the address that li takes you to. what does it say?if i had known then what i know now0 -
Also the @e.paypal.co.uk looks odd in the top right.if i had known then what i know now0

Done a quick Google and I'm pretty certain e.paypal.co.uk is NOT a real paypal address. 99.9% certain this is a scam email.if i had known then what i know now0

e.paypal.co.uk is safe
as the domain is paypal.co.uk
Always login using your own typed link, never click a link in the email0 -

Looks fake if you ask me but most scam emails dont say your name just dear customer. Log in via google ect and see if it is limited or not.0

I have had a spoof e-mail with my full name in it once.0

I have had a spoof e-mail with my full name in it once.
I have had several spoof e-mails from PayPal with just Dear , or Dear Customer , so I just deleated them and went onto my account with PayPal and looked into the relevant issue they quoted and did not find any reference to the problem that the e-mail referred to.0 -
It is hard to tell for certain though my money is on it being a scam.
But it doesn't really matter either way. Log onto your Paypal account as normal and see if there is a message there. I am 99% certain that there won’t be.
No matter how genuine an email may appear to be, never click on a link that is emailed to you from any source that appears to be from a bank or Paypal etc where you require an ID and Password to access as you risk compromising your security.
As far as I am aware, Banks, Paypal etc never send out an email with a clickable link to log onto your account in it. They always ask you to access your account via your normal method. I have received a few emails from my bank and from Paypal with that specific advice telling me that they will never ask me to access my account via a link in an email and that any such email should be treated as highly suspicious.0 -
Forward it to spoof@paypal.com and thy will also quickly tell you if it is a scam.0
