Somebody mentioned airbricks earlier in the thread. Have you checked to see whether there are any in the external walls and into the under floor void? Are they blocked?0

Earth/soil doesnt look particularly wet/damp, quite a deep void though.
There are air bricks around the building but they seem to be quite high to be ventilating the foundations, on the 2nd or 3rd brick course form the external ground level if i recall correctly. Do air bricks serve the foundation voids as well as the walls? sure how the voids under the floor boards should be
ventilated?
I spoke to a specialist who is coming to view the house and give an opinion.

My air bricks are at sub-floor level, so they ventilate the void. Good luck with the specialist.0
