Not just a straight comparison on interest rates

Whilst M & S have recently topped the interest rate rankings with thier Cash ISA, beware! The rate changes in March 03 and there are serious delays getting the returns started. These two issues mean the APR can be considerably lower than advertised

They have been giving advance warning of the rate drop on their website for some time now. And they also warned my about it when I phoned up.
Makes a change to find a bank being up-front about negative news.0
