Premier Inn- Newport

:)Stayed there Sat night, left a bottle of perfume in the room. Rang Monday said they would check with cleaning staff Tuesday and get back to me - Manager rang earlier on and said that there is some confusion over where my perfume went and they will buy me and new one and post to me!

What customer service -they could easily have denied it being found.:T

That cannot be the one I used in Newport..........:D

I went up to the room and found the window curtain hanging by about 4 hooks, the bathroom door frame damaged so that it was impossible to shut the door and the previous occupant's towels still in the bath room.
When I went down and reported these defects to reception, I got:- "well, no one else has reported these problems!"

I can only say how I was treated - and Amazon have just delivered the perfume.:j
