advice needed!!!!! please !!!!1

i have followed mse advice and used the letter formats provided to request back bank charges of aprox £500 (without interest) over the last 6 years from abbey... i have also involved the F.O.S. and abbey are refusing to refund the amount owed... i am a single mum currently recieving benefits and i am very concerned regarding the prospect of having to take them to court to reclaim the amount owed... i have got the appropriate forms for the claim and for the court charge exemptions.... will claiming for the exemption effect my income support claim at all??? and i need reassurance that my claim will eventually have a satisfactory outcome/pay out... im really worried about taking it to court and loosiang... many thanks for your help...karen
