Thats good that they reduced the cost out of goodwill!
They should inform you of a diagnostic cost Im not sure about the parts and labour. Although I did read somewhere they must inform you of any work they are doing so you dont pick the car up with a stupidly high bill, if they dont they have to reverse all the work done and give you your car back in the same state you delivered it in. I'd imagine that would !!!! them off a fair bit though!If you have nothing good to say, say nothing at all0
