Saw the deal here and went to sign up. Completed the on line sign up but had a question I wanted to ask before hitting "confirm". I called them on the free phone number and waited twenty two minutes from being connected to having someone pick up. All through I was told by a recorded message how important my call was to them!
Sorry but I value customer service over and above saving a few quid, and I know what poor customer service is as I'm with Talk Talk now!
I have not and will not swap to PRIMUS SAVER!!!
