NEXT sale...now LIVE...go go go!

I bought a mirror from Next back in Nov, they said delivery would be within week but i am still waiting for it. The mirror is showing in the sale preview...do I have any comeback on getting it at the sale price? Just seems unfair, if I had item and used it I would not mind but to still not have received it but pay full price seems wrong.

I emailed Next re: my lack of slot and was told that I meet all the criteria but still won't be getting one LOL!! Their "criteria" is to be taken with a pinch of salt I think.

Not that impressed with the kids stuff to be fair after seeing some lovely things in store but not in sale.

Have you paid for it or is it on your account?
Only I had this before with some men's trousers. When they arrived I was only charged sale price. If you have paid then I would email them when it arrives and ask them to refund the difference. I bet they will. I find their CS good normally.

Not paid yet, it just showed up today as dispatched. I guess I could try. Thanks!

Unfortunately meeting the criteria only mean you're in with a chance - not everyone who meets the criteria will get a slot. There would be far too many people!

As I said I do not mind if like in the past I bought something, used it, put it up, gifted it etc and a few weeks later .... But when next tell me something will be delivered within a week and a month later I do not have it, yet it is in their sale I get annoyed.

Even if it had come today and then I could give it as a gift as intended I would not be too bothered but the way it is seems wrong.

Oh I know that, but some are getting slots that don't meet the criteria!

Just wondering, would it be possible to log onto 2 laptops with 1 account, husband could shop for the boys and i could do it for myself and baby?
Just be quicker and more chance of getting what i need
