Well finally got hold of someone from the UK !!!

They went though my details
Account - Active
Credit Limit - Massive
Does he recieve the Directory - NO

I did explain that if I knew that cancelling the directory would stop me from being on the VIP list I would never have done so.

So after reviewing my details I was given a 6.30pm slot.

Thanks for the updates guys as this would of passed me buy.

I got a 9pm slot...problem is I am out on Saturday night.mwill have to see if family member will do my shopping instead.
