BG Homecare - new customers

I am a BG Homecare customer and as such cannot benefit from the reduced cost for new customers.

If my wife applies in her name is she regarded as a new customer or is it driven by addresss.

I have looked at changing providers but they all want monthly DD payments when I want to pay annually.

Your assistance is much appreciated.
