sending emails to strange addresses!

I have a new pc.

Inspiron 660
Intel® Core™ i3-2120 Processor (3.30GHz, 3MB), Windows® 7 Home Premium 64bit- W, European
And I did download some files and documents from my old pc. I am now sending emails to allsorts of unkown addresses, I only know this for the returned emails. Many of them.
I have triesd a full scan with M/S security essentials. Nothing downloaded malware bytes again nothing.I have a DDs txt file can anyone please check to see if there is anything on there that should not be, and |I expect there is 'stuff' that |Dell have put on thats not needed.

It's more likely that a spambot is spoofing your email address as the sender and your machine isn't sending any mails at all - you are just getting the bounces from the duff email addresses it is sending stuff to.

You could try Norton Power Eraser, free download.

First think I'd check is your sent emails box.
If there's anything in there you may have a problem.
If there's nothing in there, it's probably email spoofing and there's nothing you can do about that apart from change your email address.
