Credit cards with a £1500 credit limit + 0% balance transfer?

I'd like to transfer the current debt on my CC to another CC which has a balance transfer rate of 0% for 12 months (+ 2% or 3% BT fee), does anyone know which companies usually provide credit limits in the region of £1500 to new applicants (enabling me to transfer the entire debt) and also meet the aforementioned criteria?
I almost fell into the trap of applying for Tesco's great CC offer when I realised the limit was only £500.
I have a good credit rating, however I'm sure I won't be offered a good credit limit if accepted so would it be possible to get a family member to apply for the card in their name and I just transfer my current balance to that account? Of course I would manage the monthly payments.
Thanks in advance,
Pete

All credit limits on credit cards are based mainly on your credit history and your current circumstances. Also, as you are unemployed your income would be too small to pay any repayments (or at least this is what they would see).
You could get someone to apply in their name for you, but then they are legally responsible for the debt, not you.0 -
Thanks TrickyDicky for clearing that up. Yes, I think I will get a family member to apply in their name then manage the monthly payments that way. I can easily pay off the debt within a year so a 0% balance transfer will be great.
The HSBC CC looks like they could offer a good limit if the applicant has a decent credit rating and income.0
