Fake feedback

The winner of one of my auctions stated they were paying by cheque but it has not come so far.
Did a little investigation regarding their feedback but it all seems to be fake........:eek:
every time I look up the transactions (and sellers/ buyers) the feedback is not listed on the other parties feedback.
Does this mean they are scammers should I report them???:rolleyes:

Doesn't that mean that they just didn't bother to leave feedback for the other party?

You cannot leave feedback for someone unless you have been in a transaction with them, so feedback in that respecy cannot be fake.
