when u get another ESA50 ?

Friend of mine had her ESA in july and they told her its for 6 month which she need be seen again in Jan2013,but she worried now cos she didnt get any new ESA50 , when should she get her new ESA50 form?thanks

You get it at their discretion.
They can choose to ignore the guideline date.
The date should only be considered a rough guide at best.

So u mean doesnt mattter if they told her she will be seen again in Jan2013? is it normal to get next ESA50 late ?

They will send it when they are ready. Your friend does not need to worry that they have not sent one yet.

itll come when they are ready. why not head over to the direct gov website download the ESA50 and look at the ESA descriptors and get some practice in completing it and familliarising yuour self with it.

It is possible that another ESA50 may not be sent. Sometimes ATOS will make a recommendation based on information held that the person can still be treated as having limited capability for work. The DWP would need to contact ATOS first to have this happen though.

That said, if the recommendation was that the next reassessment should take place in January 2013 then that could be when the ESA50 is sent out. That would then be the trigger for the next ESA50 being sent out.
